One of the prevailing concepts when considering starting your own business is defining your coimpetitive advantage. That is, what is it that you do differently from everyone else that will create value in the market? What will people pay you money to do that they can’t find anywhere else or as conveniently? To this end, a lot of people struggle. In the sheer mass that is humanity, it’s often difficult to find what separates you from the pack in terms of initial analysis.
